# AndSoul

> AndSoul (also written &Soul) is an all-inclusive co-living brand in London. Every home is a private ensuite room let on one simple monthly price that covers rent, all bills, daily breakfast, weekly cleaning and full wellness access. Two London locations: Southall in West London from £1,050 a month, and Shoreditch in East London from £1,900 a month.

All-inclusive means one monthly price covers the room, all utility bills, council tax, superfast broadband, weekly cleaning of shared spaces, fresh linen, daily breakfast, weekly communal dinners, and full access to the gym, spa and 40+ wellness classes a week. Stays run from 30 days and continue on a rolling basis, with no agency fees. AndSoul suits professionals, expats, creatives and wellness-leaning renters, roughly 25 to 40 years old, who want a design-led private home plus a real community. Shoreditch residents also receive full membership to The Sanctuary, AndSoul's wellness house with sauna, ice bath and 40+ classes a week.
