How much does it cost to live at the Villas?
Rooms start from £1,800 per calendar month, all inclusive. Here is what that actually breaks down to:
Around £1,300 covers your private ensuite room in a beautifully renovated Shoreditch apartment. Around £300 covers your full Sanctuary membership, which includes unlimited daily wellness and movement classes, immersive sauna and ice room, dedicated coworking, and a full events programme. The remaining £200 covers all your bills, broadband, utilities, council tax, and weekly communal cleaning.
A standard Shoreditch studio flat runs £2,000 to £2,500 per month before bills. The Villas give you more, a better home, a built-in community, and a world-class wellness space included, for less than you would pay to live alone.
What is the minimum stay?
Stays are available from three months. This makes the Villas ideal for professionals on project contracts, people relocating to London, or anyone who wants to experience a new way of living before committing to a longer tenancy.
What is the Sanctuary and is it really included?
Yes, fully included from day one. The Sanctuary is our social wellness space located downstairs in the same building. Your membership gives you unlimited access to daily yoga, movement, breathwork, and fitness classes, an immersive sauna and ice room, a dedicated coworking space, and a regular programme of workshops, events, and experiences.
What is included in my rent?
Everything. Your private ensuite bedroom, all utility bills, broadband, council tax, weekly communal area cleaning, and your full Sanctuary membership. There are no hidden costs and no admin. You arrive, you settle in, everything is already handled.
